Important deadlines
Application periods are strict — missing the deadline may cancel your nomination.

| Spring semester | 15 – 30 November | 1 December |
For partner universities: official nomination
Erasmus Officers and International Coordinators at partner institutions must officially nominate their selected outgoing students through our dedicated online portal, before the student application period opens.
Nominating for the Interdisciplinary Challenge Semester? Use the same portal and select “Interdisciplinary Challenge Semester” as the host department; that page has the closing date and the acceptance criteria.
The application process, step by step
Await your official nomination
You cannot apply to CUT on your own — your home university's International/Erasmus Office nominates you via the nomination portal. Once processed, you're cleared to apply while the portal is open.
Prepare your documents
You'll upload the following as PDFs:
- Passport or National ID card — a clear scan of the photo page.
- Official Transcript of Records, in English.
- Proof of English proficiency (B2): an official certificate (TOEFL, IGCSE) or a signed confirmation letter from your home university.
- A digital passport-style photo for your CUT student ID card.
- A portfolio — Fine Arts and Design students only.
Submit your application & OLA
While the portal is open, complete the online form and submit your Online Learning Agreement (OLA) through the Erasmus+ Dashboard or your home-university system. On successful registration you receive your official Acceptance Letter.
One application window per semester. Autumn opens 01–14 July; Spring opens 15–30 November. Nominations from your home university must arrive before these dates.
